Poverty and Popularity
We already know that poverty is a kind of situation who ones can`t fulfill their daily needs. There are many causes of poverty such as low employment, job skill of people is limited, or laziness. These people usually live in small ugly house (or they are don`t have), eat only one time or they don’t eat full day, and wear ugly clothes which sometimes made from torn old cloth. Actually there are many ways to prevent poverty such as giving skill courses (for example cooking course or computer course) and giving more job vacancy to them.
Popularity is a condition where someone being known by a number people and usually their financial condition is high. These kind of people not suddenly become popular, but there are reasons such as their ability to do something more than ordinary people do (Pulitzer winner, noble winner, athletes, etc) or they have nobility relations (queen, prince, king, etc). Besides the positive reasons above there are negative reasons which often happened nowadays such as they are doing violence or bad things, and they are looking for popularity only for their pleasure. For example an actress who not any longer famous, is looking for popularity with divorce with her husband or his wife. The positive effects of popularity are a person be proud by a number of people, he or she can be trendsetter and idol, and many more. The negatives effects from popularity are make a person snobby, if the famous person behaves badly then he will be hated by a number of people, but if there are people who really idolized, him or her will follow that person's behavior.

Teaching methods

1. Audiolingual Method

At first the aim of this method only for war`s needed. This method was to build communicative competence in translators through very intensive language courses focusing on aural/oral skills. This in combination with some new ideas about language learning coming from the disciplines of descriptive linguistics and behavioral psychology went on to become what is known as the Audiolingual Method (ALM). This audiolinguaL method is thought as the effective method, because Through extensive memorization and over-learning of language patterns and forms, students and teachers were often able to see immediate results.

2. Direct Method

This techniques designed to address all the areas that the Grammar Translation did not - namely oral communication, more spontaneous use of the language, and developing the ability to think in the target language. Perhaps in an almost reflexive action, the method also moved as far away as possible from various techniques typical of the Grammar Translation Method - for instance using L1 as the language of instruction, memorizing grammatical rules and lots of translation between L1 and the target language. But this method had a problems. As Brown (1994:56) points out, "(it) did not take well in public education where the constraints of budget, classroom size, time, and teacher background made such a method difficult to use."
